ビザ部分一

A visa. The essentail part of a long term stay in a different country. There are many different kinds of visas, like student visas or tourist visas. But since I will use a Working Holiday Visa, while I am in Japan, is it the only one I will write about at this point.

So, the WHV (I made up that abbreviation, so I don`t know if you find it, when you google it) allows citizens of some countries to stay in Japan for a long term vacation, one year, and gives them the right to work, excluding jobs in amusement and show business (e.g. night clubs or the like).

There are some documents you need for a WHV, like a valid passport, curriculum vitae (there's a form for that), plan of the stay (also a form for that), motivation for the application (about a DIN-A4.page in English or Japanese) and others, which you can see here (in German).

A nice thing about the WHV is that you don't need an appointment for the application at the embassy. It's also great, that you don't need to go to the Japanese embassy in Berlin, but you can also go to a consulate general in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg or Munich.

I will go and apply for my visa next week in Hamburg, since that the closest. So that I will post a 部分二(part 2) about the actual applying for the visa next week. Look forward to it...^^

Das Visum. Der wichtigste Bestandteil für einen Langzeitaufenthalt im Ausland. Es gibt viele verschiedene Arten von Visa, wie z.B. das Studentenvisum oder das Touristenvisum. Da ich aber das Working Holiday Visum benutzen werde, während ich in Japan bin, ist es das einzige über das ich etwas schreiben werde.

Also, das WHV (ich habe mir diese Ablürzung ausgedacht, also weiß ich nicht, ob ihr etwas finden werdet, wenn ihr es googlet) erlaubt es Bürgern einiger Länder für einen Langzeiturlaub, ein Jahr, in Japan zu bleiben und gibt ihnen das Recht zu arbeiten, ausgenommen sind Jobs im Vergnügungs- und Unterhaltungsgewerbe (wie z.B. Nachtclubs o.ä.).

Es gibt einige Dokumente, die für das WHV benötigt werden, wie ein gültiger Reisepass, ein Lebenslauf (dafür gibt es ein Formblatt), ein Plan für den Aufenthalt (auch hierfür gibt es ein Formblatt), eine Begründung für den Antrag (eine DIN-A4-Seite auf Englisch oder Japanisch) und andere, welche hier (auf Deutsch) nachgelesen werden können.

Eine nette Sache bei dem WHV ist, dass man keinen Termin für die Beantragung bei der Botschaft braucht. Nett ist auch, dass man nicht unbedingt zur Botschaft nach Berlin muss, sondern auch zu einem der Generalkonsulate in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg oder München gehen kann.

Ich werde meine Visum nächste Woche in Hamburg beantragen, da es am nächsten ist. So dass ich nächste Woche einen 部分二(zweiten Teil) über die Beantragung posten werde. Freut euch drauf...^^
