Travel health insurance. An important issue, if you are going on a long time travel. It is always advisable to compare a few different possibilities, so that you can find the best and most reasonably priced for you and maybe for your companions. Some points, which should be included, are obvious to take, like stays at hospitals after accidents, pain treatment at the dentist and things like that. Moreover it is worth thinking about something like an invalid return transportation, so that you can get back into your home country, if it is necessary, even if you lay in a hospital. But if someone plans to say longer than a year it is probably better to get an health insurance in the country you will live than a travel health insurance, because those are quite expensive.

Außerdem ist es sinnvoll darüber nachzudenken, ob man einen Krankenrücktransport wählt, damit man auch nach Hause kommt, selbst wenn man im Krankenhaus liegen sollte. Aber wenn man vorhat länger als ein Jahr im Ausland zu bleiben, dann sollte man sich um eine Versicherung im Ausland kümmern und nicht eine Reisekrankenversicherung wählen, da diese doch recht teuer sind.
